Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient clinic in Pontiac, Illinois.

Practice Details Include:

• Outpatient only position
• Clinic hours Mon-Fri, 8AM - 5PM
• Shared outpatient call 1:7
• EPIC EMR

• Onsite multi-specialty support from Cardiology and Pulmonology with some ancillary testing. Other specialty support from nearby Carle providers in Bloomington-Normal, Eureka, and Fairbury
