- PRN - coverage as needed
- Inpatient/Outpatient -
- Responsibilities include:
- Seeing patients and assessing for their hospice appropriateness
- Pain and symptom management
- Writing orders for inpatient and respite stays
- Writing prescriptions for hospice patients as needed
- Face to face visits to recertify patients
- Providing education to the Hospice team
- Building relationships with other providers and team members
