• Full-Time Opportunity (Job ID: FY26-MIA-PRI-02-00T)
• The practice will focus on adult patients only
• This opportunity is located at Baptist Health Homestead Hospital, a Magnet Recognition with Distinction hospital, which provides a full range of services to the southern Miami-Dade County community
• Responsibilities include management of preventive and proactive patient care, as well as chronic disease, and coordination of multidisciplinary care while delivering exceptional patient experience
• Seeking candidates whose focus is on quality, excellent patient-centered care, exhibit professional demeanor, and promote collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Requirements include MD/DO from an accredited institution, active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date), and satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
• Candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), or Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
• Residency training in ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med-Peds, or Preventive Medicine programs welcomed
